Analyzing complex problems to put the user first
I've had the opportunity to be involved in projects from the days when HTML was called "hot metal." From those early days, I have learned to appreciate and anticipate the needs of users. Some of the greatest expressions of those needs come about through sites developed for highly focused audiences. Here are a few of the sites I have worked to help develop user experiences that met the users' needs.
